When will my order be delivered?
For in-stock orders, standard shipping is an estimated 1-2 weeks in transit. For custom orders lead time is an estimated 1-12 weeks, this estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building.
What are your shipping costs?
We always offer free standard curbside delivery, and depending on the product, we may offer an option for expedited shipping.
What is the return policy?
Online furniture orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless you ordered an item that was made-to-order. Contact us and we will arrange the return. There's no charge if it's faulty, but we do charge for change-of-mind returns.
Can I track my order?
Yes, if you ordered a product(s) that was "ready-to-ship" then you can track your order, and the tracking number should have been sent to you. If you ordered a product (s) that was "made-to-order" then you will receive your tracking number once the order is in the United States.
