Like others I was very skeptical at first - the website is compelling but it is hard to find any info about the company outside of their website. Some of the reviews seemed sketchy too (definitely a few fake ones, but I agree with every review) - I can assure you these pieces are real and are very well done. Just make sure you are prepared for the process. Things to keep in mind: the 1-12 week lead time is to construct the piece(s), then they have to ship from China, go through customs, then through a delivery service. Took about 3 months total, but the pieces are so worth it. Great build construction, easy enough to move into your own space, and look just like the real thing. Not too heavy, not too light, very very dense and comfortable. Customer service is responsive, but you have to take initiative to get updates and you likely won't get much info about exact shipping or delivery dates. But if you want a custom, brand new, nearly perfect togo without the price of an original, this is the way to go.
As a mom, I'm constantly looking for furniture that is both fashionable and useful, and I actually read the reviews from other moms. The Togo Sofa that I purchased from Merior is revolutionary. In addition to having that stylish, recognizable appearance, it is also wonderfully comfortable and long-lasting, making it ideal for family movie nights. Initially, I was concerned about how it would hold up around the kids, but the quality is excellent. The area has grown to be a household favorite for our family.
I was pretty skeptical to drop $2000 on a sofa but in terms of comfort and aesthetics, I would even pay more for it now that I look back.
Not only did they respond all of my questions, but they even helped me redesign my living room lol! I felt like I was talking to a friend and I think that's what separates a company from the rest.
This sofa is really trendy and comfortable. The fabric is incredibly simple to clean, which is fantastic because I have kids and pets, and I love how well it matches my décor. Excellent support is provided by the foam cushions, and the furniture overall is quite solidly constructed. I am really pleased with my purchase and would certainly suggest it to others.

When will my order be delivered?
For in-stock orders, standard shipping is an estimated 1-2 weeks in transit. For custom orders lead time is an estimated 1-12 weeks, this estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building.
What are your shipping costs?
We always offer free standard curbside delivery, and depending on the product, we may offer an option for expedited shipping.
What is the return policy?
Online furniture orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless you ordered an item that was made-to-order. Contact us and we will arrange the return. There's no charge if it's faulty, but we do charge for change-of-mind returns.
Can I track my order?
Yes, if you ordered a product(s) that was "ready-to-ship" then you can track your order, and the tracking number should have been sent to you. If you ordered a product (s) that was "made-to-order" then you will receive your tracking number once the order is in the United States.
